Terms & Conditions ibc22 — A Complete Guide to Using the Platform in Malaysia

By registering as an ibc22 member or using any services provided by ibc22, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms and Conditions set out in this document, as well as any other policies published by ibc22 from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using ibc22's services.

Ibc22 reserves the right to amend, add to or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, except for material changes where ibc22 will provide reasonable notice to members via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of ibc22's services following any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register for and use ibc22's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times while using the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ibc22 does not permit any individual under the age of 18 to register for or use our services under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party, company or other entity.
• You are only permitted to have one account only at ibc22. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended with all balances and winnings forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information at registration and keep it updated whenever changes occur.
• You are not currently on any betting platform's self-exclusion list and have not been prohibited by any relevant regulatory body.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ibc22's services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ibc22 account login details, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. ibc22 strongly recommends using a strong password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols, and that you change your password regularly.

Ibc22 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If anyone claims to represent ibc22 and requests your login credentials, please report it to our support team immediately.

• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place in your account, unless you have reported to ibc22 that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the ibc22 support team immediately via live chat or email at support@ibc22.click to have your account temporarily frozen.
• Ibc22 uses 256-bit SSL encryption technology to protect all data transmitted between your device and ibc22's servers.
• Your ibc22 account is for your personal use only — you may not transfer, sell, or lend your account to any other party.

Ibc22 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our members. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction. There is no maximum daily deposit limit for fully verified accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• All deposit and withdrawal methods must be registered under the same name as the one on your ibc22 account. Third-party transfers are not accepted.
• Withdrawal processing times: eWallet and DuitNow — 5 to 15 minutes; FPX bank transfer — 10 to 30 minutes (subject to bank operating hours).
• Ibc22 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your MyKad) before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit, as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

Ibc22 offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms set for each individual offer. The following general terms apply to all ibc22 bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Each bonus is intended for one member, one account, one IP address, one device and one payment method. Any attempt to claim the same bonus using multiple accounts or through multiple channels will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• All bonuses received at ibc22 are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements, which will be clearly stated in the specific terms of each bonus offer. You must meet the rollover requirement before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Casino bonuses may only be used for casino games on ibc22 unless stated otherwise. Sports bonuses are for Sports Betting only.
• Ibc22 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. In the event of bonus system abuse, ibc22 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, on their first deposit at ibc22. Members whose accounts have been closed and who re-register are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

All bets placed on ibc22 — whether on Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, cricket, e-sports, live matches, or casino games — are subject to our general betting rules and the specific rules applicable to each sport.

• Bets confirmed on ibc22 cannot be cancelled by members except under specifically stated circumstances, such as the cash-out feature available for certain live matches.
• Ibc22 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet in the event of an obvious technical error, odds displayed unintentionally at values significantly different from the true market price (obvious error), or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm your wager.
• For postponed, cancelled, or incomplete matches, ibc22's settlement rules for the relevant sport will determine whether a bet stands or is voided and the stake returned.
• Bets involving insider information, collusion, or match manipulation will be voided and the account in question will be suspended and referred to the relevant authorities.
• The final decision on all bet settlement disputes at ibc22 is based on ibc22's official server records.

Ibc22 takes its social responsibility towards responsible gambling seriously. We provide a range of self-control tools to help members manage their betting habits in a healthy and responsible way.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your ibc22 account. Limits take effect immediately upon being set and can be reduced at any time, but any increase to a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period before it comes into force.
• Play Break: Members may choose to temporarily suspend their ibc22 account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or another selected period. During a play break, you will be unable to log in or place any bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they have a problem with gambling may apply for a long-term self-exclusion (a minimum of 6 months up to permanent) through the ibc22 support team. Self-excluded accounts will not be reopened before the requested period has ended.
• Loss Limit: You can set daily, weekly or monthly loss limits to control your betting expenditure on ibc22.

Ibc22 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account, either temporarily or permanently, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of ibc22's Terms and Conditions.
• Creating multiple accounts or registering under a false identity.
• Fraudulent activity, system abuse or manipulation of the ibc22 platform.
• Bonus system abuse, including systematic bonus arbitrage.
• Registration by individuals under 18 years of age.
• Money laundering or suspicious transactions that violate AML regulations.
• Upon request by the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia.

If your account is suspended due to an ongoing investigation, ibc22 will update you on the outcome once the investigation is concluded. If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance (after deducting winnings derived from activity that breached the Terms) may be claimable by you at ibc22's discretion.

Members may also request to close their ibc22 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closures will be processed within 5 business days, and any eligible balance will be refunded via your original payment method.

Ibc22 respects the privacy of all members and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the highest data security standards and applicable Malaysian legal requirements.

• Personal information you provide during registration and use of ibc22 is collected, processed and stored in accordance with ibc22's Privacy Policy, which can be read in full at Privacy Policy page ours.
• Ibc22 will not sell, transfer or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except for payment processing by licensed and trusted service providers, or where required by applicable Malaysian law.
• You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information held in ibc22's systems by contacting our support team.
• Ibc22 uses 256-bit SSL encryption technology to protect all data transmitted between your device and ibc22's systems.

Ibc22 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, the accuracy of odds, or the outcome of any bet or casino game. Sports betting and casino gaming involve real financial risk, and ibc22 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members while using the platform.

• Ibc22 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the ibc22 platform, including loss of anticipated profits.
• Ibc22 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, power outages or natural disasters.
• In all circumstances, ibc22's maximum liability to any member is limited to the balance held in that member's ibc22 account at the time the claim is made.
• All disputes relating to the use of the ibc22 platform will first be referred to the ibc22 support team for an amicable resolution. Should an amicable resolution not be reached, the dispute will be resolved through mutually agreed arbitration procedures.
